Mission Statement:

Patrician Presentation Secondary School is committed to nurturing every learner—academically, spiritually, personally, socially, and physically—within a supportive, inclusive, and faith-based community.

Rooted in the values of the Patrician Brothers and Presentation Sisters and guided by the Le Chéile Catholic Trust, our mission is to empower students to realise their full potential through excellence in teaching and holistic care, preparing them to actively contribute to family, society, and the wider world with integrity and compassion.

Ethos:

We strive to uphold a caring, respectful, and collaborative school culture, characterised by:
Christian, Inclusive Values – Embracing a positive Christian ethos that welcomes students of all abilities, cultures, identities, and backgrounds, and fosters respect, justice, tolerance, and equality—including LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Academic Excellence & Personal Growth – Delivering high-quality teaching across a diverse curriculum, supporting students at every stage, and encouraging lifelong learning and self-improvement .

Holistic Student Support – Providing robust support through guidance, pastoral care, and targeted programmes (e.g. DEIS, JCSP, TY, LCVP), with a dedicated team looking after academic, social, emotional, and career development .

Community & Leadership – Cultivating citizenship and leadership through community engagement, active participation in extracurricular activities (sports, drama, clubs), and global awareness via cultural exchanges .

Well‑being & Mental Health – Ensuring a nurturing environment that supports student well-being, recognised by the school’s Amber Flag for mental health awareness, alongside exemplary guidance and pastoral care.
